Claire was brought up on farm, and still to this day finds herself drawn back to the country. When she’s not working, you can usually find her out on dog walks or in the middle of a loch on a paddleboard.
At 17, Claire attended Aberdeen University, studying to be a music teacher. It was experiencing life away from school that she realised this wasn’t the life for her, although still has a collection of instruments, and can be found attempting to play them.
After turning 22, Claire landed a dream job working in Greece (Pefkos, Rhodes) as a hotel entertainer, kids club runner, karaoke host, singer, and general organiser of fun. It was here she spent time figuring out where she wanted to go, and decided to pursue a career in Radio.
In 2011, Claire attended Fife college to gain an HND in Radio Broadcasting, graduating in October 2013, and securing a number of jobs within the industry by the end of the year.
